- Other applicable electronic signature laws worldwide

10. Limitation of Liability

- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Business interruption or loss of business opportunities
- Costs of procurement of substitute goods or services
- Any damages arising from third-party actions or content
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SwiftVerify and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account cancellation feature. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be discontinued.
12.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. We may also terminate with 30 days' notice for any reason.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, completed documents will remain accessible for download for 30 days. After this period, data may be permanently deleted unless required to be retained by law.
13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
13.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
